- 180 g Beef Tallow
- 180g Beef jerky
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ Tsp of Allspice blend
- In a high powered blender like a Vitamix or TM grind up the jerky to a flour
- Melt the tallow
- Combine the tallow and jerky flour with the salt and allspice and mix well.
- Line a mold or tin with gladwrap or baking paper and pour the mix into mold.
